do we really need to differentiate between _FILE and _HTML?

      Description

      I'm starting to think not. at least not as far as supported_formats. modules that are capable of exporting to (say) pdf AND html (or csv/exel for that matter) can all say they export to _FILE and then the actual more specific format can be asked in export_config.

            no. I removed PORFTOLIO_FORMAT_HTML for now. html is a subset of file anyway.
