      Description

When I try updating a SCORM file by either removing the old file and adding a new one or by overwriting the new one , the module is no longer accessible.

Please refer to the following forum post for a complete description:
      http://moodle.org/mod/forum/discuss.php?d=101769

I can provide a sample SCORM module, but that's around 10.4 MB.

Let me know of any other details you require.

      Thanks,
      Ruchi

          Hi Ruchi,

Piers has made some changes to this as per:MDL-13904 - you will need to wait until next week for the weekly build on http://download.moodle.org/ to be updated with this fix, but if you are able to use CVS you can obtain the code from the 1.8Stable branch - can you please test this again when you get a chance?

          thanks,

          Dan

In discussion with Piers - The scorm objects don't get updated each time a scorm objects settings are updated - currently it is only updated if the auto-update settings are set to "every time it's used" or "every day"

Piers and I agree that the "update" should occur every time someone updates the settings for a scorm (eg uploads a new scorm package, changes the display settings etc)

also - the "Whenever it changes" option should be removed from the "auto-update frequency" field on the settings page, as it doesn't do anything.

Tested - if a new SCORM file is uploaded, and the activity is resaved, then an updated package is detected and processed.
Also removed the option for "when ever changes".
