Admin: SMTP Setting for SMTP Server Port

Based on http://moodle.org/mod/forum/discuss.php?d=81185, to use a non-standard port requires hacking the code. I think that this would be a nice and easy option to add to the server email settings. Feel free to assign this to me if it seems to be a desired/helpful feature. I did not explore the possibility of simply adding the port to end of the hostname (e.g. mymoodlesite.com:567). If simply adding the port name already works then this can be disregarded. Peace - Anthony
