      Description

      In Moodle 1.9.3+ from CVS (12/9/2008 8:00EST)

      The file /mod/scorm/loadSCO.php uses PHP short tags when trying to load the scorm API under windows. If your server is not configured to use php short tags then you just get a blank screen where the scorm object should be.

      The offending lines are:
      line 138:

      while ((win.<?echo $LMS_api; ?> == null) && (win.parent != null) && (win.parent != win)) {

      this should be:

      while ((win.<?php echo $LMS_api; ?> == null) && (win.parent != null) && (win.parent != win)) {

      and line 146

      return win.<?echo $LMS_api; ?>;

      this should be:

      return win.<?php echo $LMS_api; ?>;

      I've attached a screen shot of the FireFox error console demonstrating this bug
