better selection, which user may user which mnet connection

If authenticatied users are mnet enabled, everybody on this site may jump to every enabled mnet server (just has to know the link). to select single users when defining a mnet connection is no solution for a bigger site.
Helpfull would be the possibility to define on course and/or group level which role/course/... may access which server
On big sites you cant manage mnet with the tools which now are available.
