Parent role able to view student's courses without a key

When a user is assigned as a Parent or Mentor in the context of another user (presumably their child or student), entry to their child's/student's courses is still restricted by an enrollment key. It would be great to give them the ability to see assignments and forums in the context of the whole course, not just their students' responses or submissions.

One way to do this might be to create a View Mentees' Courses permission. The View Courses permission now seems to enroll a user in all courses as a participant. If this permission could do that, but a) only for their mentees' courses, and b) as a hidden participant, such a capability would be golden.

Another way may be a new Course Setting in the Availability area. Similar to guests, the setting could "Allow mentors without a key", as a checkbox, or Allow mentors who have the key, with a separate parents' key.

      Just a few ideas. Thanks!
