Course "import" function does not import or have an option to import the blocks from the previous course.
Many instructors have customized blocks that are as vital to their course as their activities and resources - such as HTML, RSS, or other blocks that take extra time to setup and copy from course to course.

Optimally, the "import" function would have check boxes for "blocks" as it does for all the other activities and resources in the course.

Similarly, it would be to also have the option to import the course settings, simply to save instructors set up time.
