      Description

      Running cron.php function get_records_sql at line 270 the where clause has incorrect data type for p.value field (is not number).
      Expresion at line 275

      WHERE p.name='create_password' AND p.value=1 AND u.email !='' ");

      must be replace by this other content:

      WHERE p.name='create_password' AND p.value='1' AND u.email !='' ");

      Now RUN without Error and (a bit) Fine...
