Course order according to creation date

I am missing the option to sort courses by their creation date. I have over 30 courses in one category and some are over one year old and I don't want those to be on the top - and sorting them by hand is really annoying.
I think the best solution would be adding an option somewhere controlling it and then when somebody adds a new course there should be a script which would put the new course on the right place.
