      Description

For large gradebooks, containing many sets of grades and many users, it would be beneficial to repeat the header row, containing the graded item, to appear every 'n' rows (selectable by the user). As an example I have mocked up image 1, above, showing this. My inspiration is a colossal gradebook which makes finding a student grade for a particular test a nightmare, and also the PHPMyAdmin table browse feature which does exactly what I have suggested (image 2).

Also for large gradebooks, the user column (the first one) could also be repeated every 'n' columns, meaning that you are never far away from finding out the user and test for a particular grade (image 3).

Edited to add: In the first image, the red circles highlight the expand/collapse button, which may or may not be required in any row other than the first (just a thought).
