      Description

When an event is created for those modules which have an opendate and closedate feature, the current language string for close and open is saved together with the module instance's name. That is not a good idea.
Consequently, if the end user switches to another language, the open and close messages are not displayed in the user's current language.
The patch I attach (against latest version of moodle 1.9.4) provides a very simple way to redress this small bug.
I have tested it for those modules which have an opendate and closedate feature and which I use regularly: quiz, lesson, questionnaire. Assignment is a special case. If someone can provide the full list of modules which have an opendate and closedate feature I would test against those as well.
I think it will also works with the feedback module.
