day/month/year order in date selection justified according to strftime

      Description

      A patch to justify the order of day,month,year in date selection in calendar, assignment due date, etc.
      The order is justified according to "strftimedate" defined in language config.
      That is, the order of date dropdown list layout is modified as the order of %Y, %B(or %m), %d in "strftimedate".
      Pelase see the patch attached and I wish this will be included in the next version.
