Random question should be deleted from question bank when it is deleted from the quiz

      1. Create a quiz
      2. Add a random question
      3. Find the question in mdl_question
      4. Remove the question from the quiz
      5. Confirm that the question is gone from mdl_question
      6. Add a new random question to the quiz
      7. Find the question in mdl_question
      8. Delete the quiz
      9. Confirm that the question is gone from mdl_question

      The question category may appear empty even when "show hidden" checkbox is checked, but when deleting it you often prompted where you whant to move 1 or 2 questions. These are random questions.
