      Grading evaluation (it est calculating the grade for assessment, aka grading grade) will be supported by subplugins "workshopeval" stored in /eval. Initially, there will be the only one plugin called "best" implementing the "Comparison with the best assessment" evaluation method as described in the workshop 2.0 spec
