      Description

      Randall Hansen started a discussion (http://moodle.org/mod/forum/discuss.php?d=134143) about his recent report on Moodle accessibility issues after a recent study with blind users.

      This bug collects the issues as subtasks so that we can track their progress, relationship with other bugs etc.
