Several teachers in our districts have brainstormed about an additional group mode (added to Separate and Visible) which would allow cross-group discussion the way No Group Mode does, but would still allow teachers to be able to filter down responses in forums by group. As one teacher put it:

"If they have it set to VISIBLE GROUPS students can SEE but not reply.
When I set it to NO GROUPS they can see and reply but I cannot filter."

Does that make sense? Anyway, an additional mode?maybe Separate, Visible, and Filter Only?would be pretty cool. Thanks for any consideration you can give this!
