Links to PDF files don't register in logs/reports unless configured to force download or open in a new window.

      After upgrading to Moodle 1.9.5+ Build 20091007 clicking links to PDF resources stopped being recorded in the logs. We found that forcing the file to download or telling it to open in a new window will work around the problem. Problem doesn't appear to happen with other files types such as Word docs.
