So I am trying to insert a table into an online assignment but I can't get the internal borders of the table (ie all the rows and columns and their cells) to consistently display solid borders. I have of course selected a black solid border from the bottom pane of the table editor.
Sometimes it works other times it doesn't - it seems to be totally random. Very frustrating as I use tables a lot and they need to be tables that students can copy and paste and add text to. Is there another addon (like Excel) that I can use in the meantime?
Ideally I'd like to paste a preformatted table in from Word but again the borders do not show.
