Gradebook shows ranges always

    Description

      The administrator configure show ranks "NO" (overview report and user report) and teachers comfigure show ranges "NO". But the students still see the ranks into gradebook. I attached a view about it. The order: first image admin zone, second image teacher preferences and thrith image student view.
