Users with custom role are not listed in the Potential members list when trying to add them to a group.

      Description

      A custom role is created, based on the "teacher" role. Users are assigned that role in a course. Users with this custom role are not listed in the Potential members list when trying to add users with custom role to a group.

          We have detected that this issue has been inactive for over a year has been recorded as affecting versions that are no longer supported.
