      What does this error message mean?
      Failed opening required '/Applications/XAMPP/xamppfiles/htdocs/moodle18/blocks/extrafields/admin_user.php'

      I got it while I updated Moodle 1.8.11 today. The full error text is the following. I updated Moodle 1.8.11 via CVS.

        I found these 'extrafields' as a result of a correction for MDL-20941. There is no block with this name in my Moodle 1.8.11.

        I forgot to write that you can see this error if you switch Moodle debugging on.
        I update my Moodle4Mac with debugging off now so everything looks fine but in the background the error is still working.

        Grrr! My fault. It seems that, when backporting MDL-20941, I used the incorrect local version and introduced that code that is part of one customisation. Apologises!

        It only affected 18_STABLE, should be fixed in next weekly. Thanks for spotting it Ralf!
