Allow forum-subscribtions to be emailed per forum + user or role (now it is only set at forum level).
At this moment a forum is configured to send email subscribtions or not.
At the userlevel you can decide to receive the email as each time (single posts) or a digest once a day.
But there is not possible for a specific user to avoid email from a specific forum alltogether (except disabling his email entirely).
