Do not allow incompatible grade aggregation types

When adding assignments and categories to the gradebook, certain aggregation types are not compatible with one another and cause errors and blank course totals to appear. Users should not be allowed to select certain combinations of aggregation types if they will not communicate effectively with one another and result in an accurate/correct course total.
