AJAX rating not working in 2.0 (forum) any more

      Description

      It seems that, since some days ago, the AJAX rating available in Moodle 1.9.x and 2.0dev since some months ago, has stopped working.

      Surely it's because of the BIG move for all the ratings system.

      Just creating this to let you know that all modules working with ratings should be able to perform the rating in an AJAX way (defaulting to non-ajax when necessary).
