backup: improve anonymizer

      Right now the anonymizer just replaces privacy information by simple numbered strings and some other simple replacements.

      Surely other strategies can be used (it sounds to me we had some generators somewhere that perhaps could be useful.

      In any case... all the code is centralised at backup/util/helper/backup_anonymizer_helper.class.php feel free to improve it. Not critical in any case IMO.
