While testing various assignments... just detected, in the "grade fileldset" one new setting named: "grade category" that I didn't remember to be there.

Looking to 1.9, it seems that the settings have been there in the "common settings" fieldset. But it isn't any more in 2.0 at all.

So the question is, which alternative is the correct one?

a) That settings should be present in all modules in 2.0
b) That setting should't be present in any module in 2.0
c) There is a good reason for having it in assignment only
