Manage authentication show "Active aut plugins" instead of "installed" auth plugins

      Description

      In the Settings->Site Administration->Plugins->Authentication->Manage authenticatin page, below "Manage authentication" title there is a subtitle, "Active authentication plugin".

      Since not all plugins may be actually activated, it would probably better change the string to "Installed authentication plugin"
