There are some redundant settings at My profile settings -> Messaging. Most of them are now handled within the "Configure destinations for incoming messages" settings area or are simply no longer required.

Popup window on new message, Use HTML editor (some browsers only), Use more accessible interface, Email messages when I am offline and format (format is now forced to FORMAT_PLAIN) can all be removed.
