In a lesson, create two multiple choice questions. One with multianswer checked and the other not.

In both, provide several answers. Change the editor for one or more of them to use the html editor and save.

After saving, edit the questions again, the answer fields you set to html editor should now load up the default html editor. Press the save/submit button. The answers will now have <p> tags added by the editor.

Preview the lesson. Answers that had the HTML editor on should appear alongside (to the right of) the checkbox/radio button and NOT be displayed underneath them like the attached screenshot-1.jpg.

The radio buttons and check boxes are not correctly aligned with choice text if the choice texts have been edited in HTLM editor.
The reason for this is that using the HTML (TinyMCE) editor in 2.0 automatically inserts a <p></p> tag in any text that is typed.
In attached screenshot, choice "the tulip" has been typed in the plain text, Moodle auto-format default editor, but all 3 other choices have been typed in the HTML editor (hence cat appears in bold).
I don't think there is an easy fix ; there is no possible fix through CSS.
The final solution might be to make the display of the Lesson questions more like the display of the Quiz questions... maybe in 2.1.
