When "Viewable from/to" dates are specified in database activity, the teacher cannot add entries

      When "Viewable from/to" dates are specified in database activity, the teacher cannot add entries. She can though delete entries.

      Expected behaviour: the teacher should still be able to add entries even when the "Viewable from/to" dates are specified, as it's the case when "Available from/to" dates are specified. See MDLQA-171.
