Assignment: count_user_files()

It seems that there is one wrong use of get_area_files() in the assignment_base->count_user_files() method. It's passing as 4th param the userid, while it should be the itemid that, for submissions, is the submission->id.

So I guess some changes are necessary in that method, ciao
