using Moodle 2.0 Preview 4+ (Build: 20100814)

uploaded (html) files are filtered for glossary entries when all the appropriate filter settings have been enabled...
but upon clicking the autolinked glossary entry in such files, the glossary entry is displayed in a new course instance within the existing course window, see attached screenshot
