When I tried to add a second workshop to a course, I got a screen saying: "Found more than one record in fetch() !" after I filled out the Workshop form and clicked on the Save and Display button. I got the same error if I tried to make changes in the existing workshop. After the error was displayed, the second workshop never appeared in the course.
