      Description

      Patrick - I created a custom menu with a submenu. From the initial drop down the item for the submenu is not visible because the background of the site is white (#ffffff) and the text for that item type is also white (#ffffff) so it is not visible until hovering over. See attached screen shots to demonstrate.

      This appears to be the affected css:
      #custommenu .yui3-menu-horizontal .yui3-menu-content .yui3-menu-label {
      color: #ffffff;

      When I remove the color tag using Firebug - the text appears fine in black. Not sure what the best way to resolve this but figured I would raise it as an issue so that we don't have white text on a white background. Peace - Anthony

        FYI - I noticed that the expanded secondary level options appear truncated in the screen shot; however, what appears on the screen actually seems fine and seems to be an issue with the screen capture software rather than the theme. Peace - Anthony

        Similarly, the visibility of the custom menu items is not the best in boxxie and fusion (see attached screen shots)

        Patrick - Here is a quick patch I did on my site temporarily just to improve things a bit. Feel free to use it in so far as it may help point you in the right direction. I was still seeing an initial light blue background when hovering over before the submenu expands so there is another #b3d4ff being used (probably inherited). In any case, I hope the patch is somewhat useful. Peace - Anthony

        Hey John,

        This is something we might want to look at. In relation to fusion, perhaps we can bold the menu options or reduce the transparency a bit.

        It looks like Binarius is the biggest problem here.

        Fixed the main issue in Binarius. Also toned down Fusion's transparency and color-matched hover background on boxxie submenus.
