Ratings display looks wrong in forums

      Description

      Andrew, look at a discussion on moodle.org, eg http://moodle.org/mod/forum/discuss.php?d=156962

      Click on the "-" that is displayed on posts that don't have any ratings yet.

      You get a popup with:

      forum/noresult

      When there is ratings, it fares better, but still goes outside the window for me.

      Can you check all this and clean it up?
