Teacher unable to click on Student's grade in grader report to change grade

      I tested on a Quiz with 2 grades from two different students. The quiz only had one multichoice question with one correct answer.

      When I tried to click on the students grade in the grader report nothing happens (step 3 of MDLQA-471)

      Also there is no box for the popup/hover text
