contact/course participant paging links that spill over into the right pane aren't clickable

    Description

      See MDLSITE-1111 for more info. For courses like Using Moodle on moodle.org that have a really large number of participants the paging control gets so wide it spills over into the right hand pane. The right hand pane seems to be being put over the top of it so the links are not clickable.
