Open link in new window in HTML editor doesn't

      Description

      If I use the HTML editor to create a link, and choose that link to open in a new window, it doesn't create such a link at all. It adds nothing to the html to open in a new window.

        Do you use Mozilla or Firefox? I've notice this kind of behavior in gecko based browsers (Mozilla, firefox etc).
