There is a problem with the structure of the levels when I unpacking IMS-packages in Moodle: If the second level has a sublevel, and then follows the element of the first level - it is displayed as a second level! Imsmanifest is correct! When i try to test this ims-package in Reload Editor the structure displayed correctly. Also, it doesn't matter where I create my ims-package, i tried different ways, but the result is same, when i include its in Moodle (incorrect levels structure). Example:
