Mathematical equation not appearing in the email sent via messaging

    Description

      When a message is sent to a user using TEX format, it does appear as equation inside moodle messaging display. However, the email containing the same message does not show equation but shows the TEX code instead. This was not the behaviour in moodle 1.9.
