Section navigation for sections other than the one I'm in on moodle.org

      Description

      I'm logged in as guest on moodle.org (it works OK for a normal user).

      In a forum, the navigation shows the expanded set of activities for the current section I'm in. That's fine.

      The closed sections above and below, however, will not show anything when clicked on.
