It seems that some of the strings in general backup defaults (and automated backup settings) are different from the strings for creating a course backup:

Include users - Include enrolled users
Anonymise information - Anonymize user information
Include role assignments - Include user role assignments
Include user completion information - Include user completion details
Include logs - Include course logs
Include histories - Include grade history

I suggest that the same strings are used in both places i.e. choose which phrase best represents the setting then use that and delete the unused string.
