Folders in ZIP files are not recreated when ZIP files are extracted

      Description

      When extracting a ZIP file, Moodle 2.0 places all files into the same folder rather than matching the folder structure of the ZIP file. This makes migration away from Legacy Files very difficult.

        The attached ZIP file contains 2 folders, each containing 2 text files. The screenshot shows the result of extracting it in Moodle. All 4 text files are in the same folder.
