Cannot upload an image in front page description (HTML editor cannot handle files outside moodle form)

      Description

      Apologies if this is already around somewhere - I couldn't find it but I am sure it has been raised before. You cannot upload an image into front page settings>front page description; you only get the option to add a URl -as mentioned here http://moodle.org/mod/forum/discuss.php?d=163670&parent=717218#p717221
