When a different site language is chosen (I'm using Cymraeg - cy), the ajax facility to reorder items in a course reverts back to the old style. When switched back to English - en, the ajax feature works again.

1) Install the Cymraeg - cy language pack and then switch to that language in any course
2) Turn on editing and the ajax feature to reorder items or topics reverts back to the old method
