      Description

      Unable to use 'upload users' function to successfully create user accounts AND add users to multiple courses and/or groups. Sample .csv files attached. Debug msg rcvd upon upload of file 1 as follows.

      Fatal error: Call to undefined function groups_create_group() in /pathtomoodle/admin/uploaduser.php on line 755

      To replicate:

      1. Login as admin
      2. Settings block > Users > Accounts > User uploads
      3. Step through wizard.
