Course report plugins are not in the plugins administration

      Description

      Course reports are proper plugins and can create database tables et al. However, they are not represented anywhere in Site administration > Plugins. That means that you cannot delete the plugin (especially annoying when developing/testing)

        Found some issues in first try. Seems ok now. Make sure you look at newer version

        Assigning to David and moving to DEV backlog (FYC is that could be backported/developed in 2.0).

        Agree with Howard (if I'm not wrong) that I've found that plugin support missing sometimes.

        +1 this must be covered by a robust (and automatic, if possible) solution for all plugin types and subtypes. I already have some ideas and I plan to work on this as soon as we fork Moodle main development line.
