Error when erasing a first attempt in a two attempt quiz

When you erase the first attempt on a quiz that has two attempts, talking of a quiz where you only have two attempts, the student can't enter again to do a new attempt, in the latest versions (1.9.7) that was not a problem.
What should happen is that when you erase an attempt the student should have that attempt available.
