Show course full name in navigation block

Issue:

Course short names are often somewhat cryptic as they must be unique and often use codes from other sources e.g. prospectus or amalgamations of various elements e.g. award, date, version, instance in their construction.

Where these appear in isolation i.e. in the navigation block without a supporting full name they are not very useful to students who use the navigation block to navigate the site.

Suggestions:

The full name should appear in the block.

Full name or short name should be an admin configurable item.
