The user interface on send a message is not very friendly. Currently, when you go to send a message, you have to scroll to the bottom of the page through recent messages to get to the send message box. It would make more send to have the Send Message Box and Send button at the top of the page and then list the messages with Most Recent at the top. I currently have complaints from teachers because their students do not know how to send a message because the box is not visible when they first go to that page.
